The control board is a microcontroller-based remote control unit for the
various functions of the DACS. The board shall provide familiar user
interfaces for audio mixing, transport, and cue control. In addition,
a multi-purpose interface element shall be included, to provide an interface
for functions that do not fit into the paradigms mentioned above.
Additionally, this interface mechanism shall provide an easily
adaptable means for future expansion.
