Death is final. This is scarier than any Hell could be. There is no afterlife. Throughout history, the Afterlife has been used as the Final Prize. "Be good all your earthly life, do what we say, and you'll receive eternal life and rewards in Heaven. Be bad, and burn forever in Hell." But for each of us, life is finite. Once the end comes, that's it. No clouds, no wings, no harps, no pitchforks, no burning sulphur, nothing. Not even blackness forever nothing. Nothing Nothing. It's hard for the mind to comprehend, since it's never been experienced before.

But, do not fear death to the point of being afraid to live. Don't invite Death to tea, but don't lock yourself in a room trying to avoid him; it won't work. Live life to its fullest, so that when your life flashes before your eyes, it's one hell of a movie. It should be an action/adventure/comedy/drama, perhaps with a kickass musical soundtrack.
